Digital inspection reports are sent to the tenants as soon as their tenancy starts. Although sent from Inspection Manager, the tenant will need to access a website called "PropertySpace" to allow them to access the report for review. This will enable the tenant to add their own comments, photos and any other documentation they may feel applicable. The tenant will be instructed on how to access the report when they click on the link supplied.
The tenant has a maximum of 14 days to complete the report. If they do not complete the report, it is deemed the tenant agrees with the condition of the property as per Magain City Realty's assessment.

Once the tenant signs the ingoing, a notification will be sent to Kaitlyn the Property Facilitator. She will forward to the Property Manager for them to save in the tenant folder in One Drive.
Make sure to read through the report to make sure you and the tenant both agree to the same property condition.
