Ascertain who the caller is and what it is in reference to by firstly, enquiring as to the property address.
If residential enquiry, search the property in Property Me for the caller's name:
Landlord or Tenant enquiry - transfer to the relevant Property Manager
Enquiry on residential property advertisement - assist the caller as much as possible and if further information is required, transfer them to the relevant Property Manager.
New Property Management Business - complete the online form for Property Management Leads - see below article Magain Forms with links to the Forms
Sales - complete the online form for Sales leads. Please note there is a different form for an existing rent roll property and a new property. - see below article Magain Forms with links to the Forms

Place caller on hold
Select the staff member's name on the call panel & announce the call
If they are happy to accept the call press transfer, then hang up
