Air-conditioner turns on and off automatically
Replace any glasses used in the meeting rooms
Check the letterbox and key drop box
Open key room
CLOSING OFFICE PROCEDURE
Wipe down and tidy meeting rooms.
Turn off lights in reception area and meeting rooms.
Turn off lights in storeroom and toilet area.
Wipe down and tidy kitchen benches.
Wipe down reception area desk and bench top.
Lock the front door. Back door locks automatically
If you are the last to leave turn on the alarm.
