Office Open & Close Procedures


OPENING OFFICE PROCEDURE

  • Turn on lights in reception area and meeting rooms

  • Air-conditioner turns on and off automatically

  • Replace any glasses used in the meeting rooms

  • Check the letterbox and key drop box

  • Open key room

CLOSING OFFICE PROCEDURE

  • Wipe down and tidy meeting rooms.

  • Turn off lights in reception area and meeting rooms.

  • Turn off lights in storeroom and toilet area.

  • Wipe down and tidy kitchen benches.

  • Wipe down reception area desk and bench top.

  • Lock the front door. Back door locks automatically

  • If you are the last to leave turn on the alarm.
